Julius makes up “C” in C&B and is lifelong resident of West Tennessee who has an extensive background in the painting industry. Starting a young age Julius has painted everything from barn doors to rockets! That’s right, rockets! Earning the responsibility of painting rockets for NASA was quite the challenge, requiring specialized training in paint application as well as and extensive safety training and certifications. When he’s not at work he can be found spending time with his young family doing anything outdoors from riding trails to hunting.

Joe contributes the “B” in C&B. Joe is a combat veteran of the US Army. Joe has a background in large scale operations ranging from long range troop movements to complex equipment management which he transferred to a career in Corporate America as a site leader for one of the largest manufacturing and Distibution centers in Jackson. Project Management and delivering the best quality product on schedule is what drives Joe every day to make C&B the best choice for their customers. Joe enjoys helping his wife cook with their three daughters and competitive shooting sports.
